T Scope® Premier Post-Op Knee Brace
The Breg T Scope® Premier Post-Op Knee Brace is designed to provide comfort, support, and controlled range-of-motion throughout post-operative knee rehabilitation. Its patient-focused design helps support recovery after knee surgery, soft tissue injury, ligament repair, and other knee conditions requiring protected motion control.
Built on Breg’s trusted telescoping brace platform, the T Scope® Premier allows clinicians to control knee flexion and extension while maintaining a comfortable fit for the patient. The universal design can be used on either the right or left leg, helping simplify fitting and inventory management.

Controlled ROM Hinge
The easy-to-use range-of-motion hinge includes quick-adjusting flexion and extension stops, allowing clinicians to set precise motion limits during rehabilitation.
Telescoping Fit System
Telescoping calf and thigh sleeves help accommodate patients from 5′ to 6′4″, approximately 152–193 cm, with brace length extending from 17″ to 27″, approximately 43–69 cm.
Patient Comfort
Comfortable padding throughout the brace is designed with patient compliance in mind, supporting extended wear during recovery.
BridgeTech™ Incision Pad Option
