Zimmer Biomet ROSA ONE® Brain is a robotic technology platform designed to support fast, accurate, and minimally invasive robot-assisted neurosurgery. Developed specifically for stereotactic neurosurgical procedures, ROSA ONE® Brain helps surgeons plan and execute multiple trajectory cases with precision, workflow flexibility, and procedural control.

The system supports robotic neurosurgery by assisting with instrument placement according to the planned trajectory while helping avoid critical structures. ROSA ONE® Brain can increase speed in multiple trajectory neurosurgical cases. In one study, SEEG procedures performed with robotic assistance were reported to be an average of 3 hours and 42 minutes faster than traditional frame-based procedures.
