HYDRO PACMEL PX-350 / PX-300
HYDRO PACMEL is a hot pack heating unit designed for efficient preparation and storage of moist heat packs. The series includes the PX-350 large-capacity model, capable of heating up to 25 medium packs at once, and the PX-300 compact model, capable of heating up to 12 medium packs at once.
Both models feature adjustable temperature settings, a weekly timer, low water cutoff safety protection, and a practical hanger rail system that helps organize pack rotation and improve daily treatment workflow.

Key Features
Hanger Rail for Easy Pack Handling
The built-in hanger rail makes it easier to take packs out and return them after use. This supports organized pack rotation by allowing staff to remove the next pack from one side and return used packs to the other side.
Compact, Space-Saving Design
The PX-350 is approximately 685 mm wide while still holding up to 25 medium-sized hot packs. The PX-300 is even slimmer at approximately 395 mm wide and can hold up to 12 medium-sized hot packs.
Improved Pack Drainage
The improved drainage structure helps reduce preparation time by making it easier to drain packs before use.
Fine Fit Packs
Fine Fit Packs are lightweight moist heat packs designed to fit affected areas comfortably. Their thin and flexible structure helps improve contact with different body areas while reducing the burden on the patient.
Multi-Type Fine Fit Pack HR-5L
The HR-5L can be used on areas such as the neck, shoulders, hips, and thighs. Slits in the pack help reduce slipping during use, while the lightweight design helps improve patient comfort.
Thin Design for Better Fit
The thin design allows the pack to fit smaller treatment areas more closely, such as the elbow and knee.
