The Gore EXCLUDER® Conformable AAA Endoprosthesis with ACTIVE CONTROL System is the only on-label EVAR solution for patients with highly angulated or short aortic necks. Built on the proven performance of the GORE® EXCLUDER® Device family, it combines a conformable stent graft with an innovative delivery system to give clinicians a new degree of control in challenging anatomy.

Anatomical Indications

• Short neck length — down to 10 mm
• High neck angulation — up to 90°
• Small diameter neck — down to 16 mm
