High Output Pulse Irradiation
Reaches Deep Tissue Pain Fast
Semiconductor laser therapy is designed to help relieve muscle and joint inflammation-related pain by acting on blood vessels and muscles using a low-intensity laser beam.
Laser therapy reaches deep tissue with precision, without causing heat or the discomfort that may occur with electrical stimulation. Treatment times are shorter compared with many other physiotherapy modalities.
It can be used for applications such as sore shoulders, lower back pain, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Comparison of Continuous and Pulsed Laser Therapy
High-Power Pulsed Laser Therapy
FINELASER uses a 1W average / 10W peak pulsed laser beam. Because pulsed laser emission is intermittent, cooling occurs between emissions, allowing a high-intensity beam to reach deep tissue safely without generating excessive heat.
High Tissue Permeability at 830nm
The 830nm wavelength is resistant to absorption by water and hemoglobin, supporting strong transmission into deeper tissue areas.
Touch Sensor and Hand Switch Mode
Touch Sensor Mode
Touch Sensor Mode detects when the tip of the applicator contacts the treatment area, activating laser irradiation. Treatment can be performed safely because the applicator automatically stops when removed from the treatment area.
Hand Switch Mode
Hand Switch Mode allows treatment without direct contact when contact irradiation is not preferred, such as when pain in the affected area is intense.
Easy Operation and Safe, Efficient Treatment
FINELASER features a modern design with gentle curves and a glossy finish. Treatment mode and duration can be set with one-touch operation, while high-level safety functions support an efficient treatment environment.
01. Treatment Time Settings
Short treatment time is one of the benefits FINELASER provides. Treatment times of 5, 10, 15, or 30 seconds can be selected easily with one-touch operation.
02. Mode Change
The Touch Mode button for contact irradiation or the Hand Mode button for non-contact irradiation lights up according to the selected mode.
03. Emergency Stop Button
The device is equipped with an emergency stop button for use in case of errors or abnormal operation.
04. Application Indicator / Hand Switch
During irradiation, the output indicator and the applicator indicator light up. In Hand Switch Mode, the hand switch button should be pressed for one full second to begin irradiation.
Additional Treatment Support Features
Wide Irradiation Area
The applicator’s irradiation area is as wide as 1.5 cm² and can easily cover the affected area.
Power Check Function
The applicator holder is equipped with a power check function to detect dust, foreign matter, and excess or insufficient laser beam power. The laser beam power can be checked before treatment by pressing the Power Check button.
